The ability to cater for different running styles is a result of True Motion's U-TECH™ technology. U-TECH™ is designed to reduce the risk of knee and Achilles Tendon injuries.

Underfoot Feel

True Motion's U-TECH™ technology is located at the rearfoot section of the midsole. It works by reducing harmful rotational forces on the foot, ankle and knee. The result - when you land on the U-TECH™ technology - is support and stability.

U-TECH™ foam has an energy return rate of 75%. In comparison to the previous edition, there is 40% more U-TECH foam in the midsole.

Ultimately, the Nevos 3 should feel stable and protective underfoot, with the benefits of the underfoot experience extending to the ankle and knee.

Upper Fit

A great deal of attention has been paid to the upper's fit. It should provide support where it is needed, but not compromise on the freedom of movement - especially in the toe area.

Ideal Run Type

The True Motion Men's U-TECH Nevos 3 Running Shoes are best for training runs on the road. They are suitable for a wide range of speeds and distances. However, we expect that you will find them most suitable for runs at your low to moderate speeds.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
